🙂 ..this may or may not imply ever since I was a baby GMR has been on my mind….lol
… I am my own worst critic. I think some of us can be. But overall I think I did well. News Clip here. Tell me what you think!
I decided to check the keywords on my linkedin profile today and this is what came up for me. I have mixed reactions considering some of the keyword that I want are there — but some are not, so this says to me that I need to do some keyword inserting into my linkedin profile for community relations, community outreach, social media roles for which I am looking for.
Considering only 2-3% of resumes are viewed by humans — that means I need to beef up my keywords in my linkedin profile,my resume is already taken care of 🙂
If you’d like to know what program I used to determine this .. please shoot me a note @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sabrina Jackson is like many other job seekers trying to break through the clutter of competition in Charlotte, and she’s figured out exactly how to do it, by capitalizing on the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce’s (@CLTChamber) #bananasforclt Social Media Twitter campaign aimed at Chiquita CEO Fernando Aguirre (@FdoAguirreCEO) rallying to bring jobs to Charlotte.
Realizing that the hashtag(s) will be at the top of search engine results for quite some time; Sabrina’s social media acumen devised the notion to use Google AdWords to post a job advertisement for herself, using the hashtag in the title or within the ad itself. If someone Googled: #bananasforclt or #bananas4clt , Sabrina’s Google Ad would pop-up — prompting prospects to view her resume.
Sabrina’s intention is to entice potential employers with her creativity, and to also woo a particular employer she has in mind!

I wanted to keep myself top of mind to @CLTChamber …I’m sharing some of my tactics, hopefully it will give people some ideas. One has to stand out in the fierce job market. This idea is a metaphor…if you have to think too hard…STOP…don’t attempt to be creative!…lol
p.s. this idea is copyrighted too!…lol Why am I sharing…because I’m not going to repeat these, I am constantly thinking of other things.
