In job searching you have to stand out …you have to do something that’s unconventional, something that will grab the employers attention, and showcasing to them you 1) really want the role and 2) how you can help them! There are a lot of positions at variant companies in Charlotte that I have wanted while job searching, but most recently an opportunity for a Regional Marketing Specialist with Jack In The Box has been posted.
I viewed the opportunity, and I really feel like I can suffice this role in every way. So, I applied. I looked on LinkedIn to see some 1st & 2nd degree connections….no luck. So now what? I found the person on LinkedIn who posted the opportunity, and I already have a strategy brewing in my head for that. Meanwhile, while I was thinking of my initial strategy, I came up with another fantastic idea, utilizing my social media savvy, and communications acumen to get Jack In The Box’s attention! THIS IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH FUN!
